The Role: 
You will be part of our development team, with a focus on building conversation flows and NLP based chatbots.. You will build AI Chatbots on our platform, integrate with API’s and create solutions that connect our customers to their end users. This role will be working quite closely with the head of technology and you will be responsible for chatbot development activities for flagship AI and blockchain based solutions.  

Responsibilities: 

• Chatbot conversation flow development 
• Chatbot NLP Training,  
• Create conversational chatbots 
• Create and maintain REST API’s for the use of chatbots 
• Collaborate with our product team to build cutting edge solutions 
• Integrate chatbots with other services of our ecosystem and third parties 
• Unit testing 

Skills Required 

• Essential:  
  • Proficient understanding of AWS Cloud 
  • Good understanding of NLP 
  • Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) 
  • Familiarity with Hugging Face ecom 
  • Building multilingual chatbots 
  • Experience in Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) capabilities 
  • Good understanding of AWS Lex, Lambda (Python/ Node.js) 
  • Good understanding of databases such as MySQL, DynamoDB, Redshift 
  • Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git 
  • An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills 
  • Team player 
  • Good time-management skills 
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills 

• Desired:
  • Knowledge of Google DialogFlow 
  • Basic knowledge of agile development and delivery 
  • Live/ Hobby project experience of designing and developing Chatbots for various channels (web, Facebook Messenger, SMS, etc) using bot platforms or raw code
