The Role: 
It’s an exciting time to work with Avexha. We are currently going through an unprecedented period of transformation powered by a pipeline of innovative projects and as a result we are looking for an Associate Growth Manager based at India location which will have potential to progress into Growth Manager/ Growth Consultant (IT) role. 

This role will be working quite closely with the CXO’s and you will be responsible for all sales related activities for flagship AI and blockchain based solutions.

What does the role involve?  
 You will join the team as a member of our sales team. You will be involved in all aspects of our sales process from lead generation through closing the deal and management of contracts. You will identify target markets using segmentation, targeting and positioning models and derive business strategies with CXO’s to cater to exisitng markets and open new markets. You will be engaging with CXO’s, business heads, key decision makers and senior executives of organizations of different sizes during the course of sales and pre-sales activities.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers and partners for the business 
  • Research on competitors to identify gaps and tailor pitches accordingly 
  • Seek out the appropriate contacts & identify prospective customers 
  • Generate leads and engage prospective customers through cold calls, social media outreach, emails, Inmails, tweets etc.  
  • Prepare collaterals for clients engagements including presentations, documentations              
  • Participate in conferences, seminars, events to identify prospective customers and establish business relationships for Avexha 
  • Understand customer needs and be able to consult effectively with a plan of how to demonstrate value toexisitng clients and prospective clients 
  • Closing successful sales and achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets and manage and grow the accounts 
  • Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and enhance business 
  • Explore newer ways of engagement and suggest to the management and lead on them 
  • Conduct live sessions for the organization and plan for summits 
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise and consult prospects on the same 
  • Envision, propose and execute promotional and sales strategy and activities with relevant stakeholders 
  • Create a target based sales pipeline and enhance it incrementally 
  • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates 
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world from a sales and conversational AI business perspective 
  • Meet with customers/clients face to face or through virtual meetings for new sales, business continuity ad expansion and manage the account 
  • Readiness for field/conference visits as per business requirements 
  • Respond to RFIs, RFQs and tenders 
  • Maintain sales reports, forecasts and report at regular intervals 
  • Perform effective customer success management to ensure client satisfaction and enhance account penetration through upselling, cross selling, customer relationship management, customer experience and brand engagement 
  • Build relationships with sales and marketing organisations & relevant stakeholders to enhance channel partner footprint of Avexha for sales enablement  
  • Ensure maximum value generation for Avexha through effective negotiation 
  • Work on and support CXO’s in expansion of sales team and the top & bottom line

What to expect 

  • You may have the responsibility of managing a team and their output. 
  • You may have to travel for meetings with customers and other business partners. Depending on requirements and business growth overseas travel may also be required. 

Skills Required 

  • Essential:

    • Demonstrable experience of analysing competitors and customers
  • Desired:
    • Familiarity with Google Suite & Office 365

Education
MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred) 

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions. 
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize the company’s online presence and improve engagement. 
  • Track, report, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). 
  • Manage and grow Avexha’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Blog, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) by crafting engaging content, content calendars and using various engagement, awareness and inbound lead generation techniques. 
  • Develop, implement, and optimize inbound marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads. 
  • Manage and optimize lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). 
  • Segment audiences and develop targeted content strategies for lead conversion. 
  • Work with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up. 
  • Conduct keyword research and develop strategies to improve organic search rankings. 
  • Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized content (blogs, landing pages, etc.). 
  • Monitor SEO performance through tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush. 
  • Ensure the website and digital content are optimized for maximum visibility and performance. 
  • Use Google Analytics to track and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, bounce rates, and user behavior. 
  • Provide actionable insights from data to improve marketing campaigns and website performance. 
  • Set up goals, funnels, and dashboards to measure the success of marketing initiatives. 
  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads (AdWords) and other PPC platforms. 
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. 
  • Manage PPC budget allocation and ensure a strong ROI for all paid campaigns. 
  • Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement within the tech industry. 
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend new tactics to enhance the company’s social media presence. 
  • Engage with our audience through community management, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback. 
  • Work with design and content teams to create high-quality content, including blogs, infographics, and videos that align with the company’s brand messaging. 
  • Collaborate on the production of email newsletters, website content, and marketing collateral to support campaigns. 
  • Monitor and measure digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.). 
  • Provide reports on marketing campaign performance and insights to improve future strategies. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and development teams, to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and content, to ensure consistency across all marketing efforts. 
  • Manage cross-channel campaigns and ensure alignment between inbound marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media efforts. 
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing events and webinars. 
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign). 

Skills Required 

  • Essential:  
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management. 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on inbound lead generation, SEO, Google Ads, PPC, and social media marketing. 
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools and platforms. 
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and on-page/off-page optimization. 
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). 
  • Experience of setting up inbound lead generation 
  • Strong communication, content creation, and copywriting skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Desired:
    • Familiarity with AI/IT industry and emerging tech trends. 
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify. 
    • Experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads). 
    • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. 
    • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). 
    • Experience with retargeting and display advertising.
