The Role:Ā 
It’s an exciting time to work with Avexha. We are currently going through an unprecedented period of transformation powered by a pipeline of innovative projects and as a result, we are looking for a Chatbot developer in India. This role will be working quite closely with the office of CTO and you will be responsible for engineering flagship cloud-based solutions. You will be an experienced developer and thought leader, yet we will expect you to remain at the forefront of cloud-native technologies. You are undoubtedly self-motivated and an enthusiastic learner with a research-oriented mindset.Ā Ā 

You Will:Ā Ā 

  • Engineer new, next-generation chatbot solutions based on modern Cloud Native & AI principlesĀ 
  • Implement enhancements to existing NLP products based on the product roadmapĀ Ā 
  • Research & contribute to the growing technology roadmap from an AI perspectiveĀ Ā 
  • Assess existing products and suggest and implement enhancementsĀ Ā 
  • Work on PoC, MVP and applications, transformational projects that target AWS cloudĀ Ā 
  • Get deeply involved in hands-on coding/developmentĀ Ā 
  • Contribute to our R&D innovation activitiesĀ Ā 
  • Produce white papers, reference architectures, and best practice guidesĀ Ā 
  • Advise on best practices for chatbot developmentĀ Ā 
  • Help, lead, educate, and mentor less experienced engineers/apprentices or interns and share best practice approaches to chatbot developmentĀ Ā 
  • Contribute ideas, concepts, best practices, code reviews, and code development to deliver on tight timelines in a fast-paced application development environment.Ā Ā 
  • Embrace developing software for performance, scale, quality, security, and lowest cost.

Responsibilities:Ā 

  • Design scalable conversational flow and rules of bots using AWS Lex and Lambda (node.js) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) programmingĀ Ā 
  • Build highly conversational chatbots on AWS Lex using LambdaĀ Ā 
  • Test solution bots, incorporate user feedback, and document conversational rulesĀ Ā 
  • Connect bots via APIs to enterprise platformsĀ Ā 
  • Create APIs to perform automation via chatbots or to improve NLPĀ Ā 
  • Perform function/feature feasibility analysis, design a plan for execution, and make architectural adjustment recommendations if neededĀ Ā 
  • Collaborate and provide guidance to other developersĀ Ā 
  • Participate in Daily Stand up, sprint, and iterative developmentĀ Ā 
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and work with Large Language Models (LLMs)Ā Ā 
  • Integrate Knowledge Graphs for enhanced contextual understanding in chatbot applicationsĀ Ā 
  • Develop robust AI applications using Python, Langchain, Llamaindex, spaCy, and RASAĀ Ā 
  • Fine-tune LLMs for the development of advanced RAG systems and AI agents augmented with knowledge bases, particularly for the healthcare domain

What to expectĀ 

  • You may have the responsibility of managing a team and their output.Ā 
  • You may have to frequently travel within the day for face-to-face meetings with customers and other business partners. Depending on requirements overnight or overseas travel may also be required.Ā

Skills RequiredĀ 

  • Essential:Ā Ā 
    • Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT sales, with a strong track record of selling to clients in the UK and USA.Ā 
    • Demonstrable experience of meeting revenue targets year on yearĀ 
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Ā 
    • Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT products and services, including software solutions, cloud services, and IT consulting.Ā 
    • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation and negotiation abilities.Ā 
    • Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and a results-driven mindset.Ā 
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with digital communication tools, CRM software, and online sales platforms.Ā Ā 
    • SME Understanding – Knowledge of AI & IT application product/servicesĀ 
    • Expertise in product and services sellingĀ 
    • Strong track record of achieving targets in delivering salesĀ Ā 
    • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills and leading by exampleĀ 
    • Expert level skill on Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelĀ

    • Working knowledge of inbound marketing, sales and customer service tools such as hubspot etc.Ā

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions. 
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize the company’s online presence and improve engagement. 
  • Track, report, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). 
  • Manage and grow Avexha’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Blog, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) by crafting engaging content, content calendars and using various engagement, awareness and inbound lead generation techniques. 
  • Develop, implement, and optimize inbound marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads. 
  • Manage and optimize lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). 
  • Segment audiences and develop targeted content strategies for lead conversion. 
  • Work with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up. 
  • Conduct keyword research and develop strategies to improve organic search rankings. 
  • Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized content (blogs, landing pages, etc.). 
  • Monitor SEO performance through tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush. 
  • Ensure the website and digital content are optimized for maximum visibility and performance. 
  • Use Google Analytics to track and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, bounce rates, and user behavior. 
  • Provide actionable insights from data to improve marketing campaigns and website performance. 
  • Set up goals, funnels, and dashboards to measure the success of marketing initiatives. 
  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads (AdWords) and other PPC platforms. 
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. 
  • Manage PPC budget allocation and ensure a strong ROI for all paid campaigns. 
  • Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement within the tech industry. 
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend new tactics to enhance the company’s social media presence. 
  • Engage with our audience through community management, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback. 
  • Work with design and content teams to create high-quality content, including blogs, infographics, and videos that align with the company’s brand messaging. 
  • Collaborate on the production of email newsletters, website content, and marketing collateral to support campaigns. 
  • Monitor and measure digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Skills Required 

  • Essential:  
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management. 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on inbound lead generation, SEO, Google Ads, PPC, and social media marketing. 
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools and platforms. 
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and on-page/off-page optimization. 
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). 
  • Experience of setting up inbound lead generation 
  • Strong communication, content creation, and copywriting skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Desired:
    • Familiarity with AI/IT industry and emerging tech trends. 
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify.
